Alicia Brennan is Owner and Founder of DryMark Restoration Spring Valley, independently owned and operated under the DryMark Restoration brand standards. She’s been in the damage restoration trade for over 15 years, with hands-on experience in water damage mitigation, mold remediation, fire and smoke restoration, and structural drying.
Alicia holds IICRC certification in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying, and she’s trained on the full suite of equipment we deploy: Injectidry cavity drying systems, B-Air and XPOWER air movers and dehumidifiers, and the moisture mapping protocols that make or break an insurance claim. What separates her from a corporate technician is simple: she’s the one who answers when the local coordinator patches through a worried caller, and she’s the one who reviews every drying log before it goes to an adjuster.
Outside of work, Alicia restores mid-century furniture, a hobby that taught her patience with veneer and the value of doing a thing right rather than twice.
